桃園市原住民族青年創業暨國際交流培育計畫 展現全球視野與文化傳承
Taoyuan City Austronesian Youth Entrepreneurship and International Exchange Program shows Global Vision and Cultural Heritage
由財團法人桃園市原住民族發展基金會主辦的【113年度桃園市原住民族青年創業暨國際交流培育計畫】將於11月10日10:00至16:30在元智大學六館大會議室舉辦 「南島語族國際青年論壇」，邀請全國原住民族人與在台之南島語族青年共同參與。透過此論壇激發原住民族青年的自信與創造力，鼓勵他們積極參與社會事務，成為文化傳承與發展的推動者。同時，藉由與國際青年的交流，拓展彼此的國際視野，培養跨文化交流與合作的能力，為南島語族的文化保護與發展做出更多的貢獻。
The [2024 Taoyuan City Austronesian Youth Entrepreneurship and International Exchange Program] sponsored by the Taoyuan City Indigenous Peoples Development Foundation - will be held at the Sixth Hall of Yuanzhi University from 10:00 to 16:30 on November 10. The subject "Austronesian International Youth Forum", inviting indigenous people from all over the country and Austronesian youth in Taiwan to participate. Through this forum, we can inspire the confidence and creativity of indigenous youth, encourage them to actively participate in social affairs, and become promoters of cultural inheritance and development. At the same time, through exchanges with international youth, we can expand each other's international horizons, cultivate the ability of cross-cultural communication and cooperation, also can make more contributions to the cultural protection and development of the Austronesian language group.
桃園市原住民族發展基金會執行長也是桃園市原民局局長陳姿伶表示，本次論壇延續先前為期56個小時的南島語族國際交流研習課程，聚焦於南島民族與國際議題，涵蓋了歷史文化、產業經濟、生活環境等多元面向，透過與南島民族的文化交流，促進國際對話。深入探討臺灣原住民族與南島民族的歷史文化、部落技藝傳承、原權發展與教育推廣、環境永續等議題，期望提升族人青年們的專業能力，並加強對自己民族文化的認同感與國際視野。
Chen Ziling, CEO of the Taoyuan City Indigenous Peoples Development Foundation and director of the Taoyuan City Department of Indigenous Affairs, said that this forum continues the previous 56-hour Austronesian advance courses, focusing on the Austronesian and international issues, covering history, culture, diversified aspects such as industrial economy and living environment promoting international dialogue through cultural exchanges with the Austronesian countries. In-depth discussions on the history and culture of Taiwan’s Indigenous and Austronesian peoples, inheritance of tribal skills, development and educational promotion of original rights, environmental sustainability and other issues are expected to enhance the professional abilities of young people and strengthen their sense of identity also with their own ethnic culture.
論壇首先將透過專題分享破題，介紹從臺灣出發到南島遷徙的過程，下午的工作坊讓學員們能更深入的與三位講師以分組的方式交流部落技藝傳承與回鄉青年的議題；最後再以綜合論壇的方式探討原權發展與教育推廣方面的國際交流，期望帶給全國原住民族深化自我全球南島民族文化的理解與傳承，期許未來青年族人們，成為桃園在地推動原住民族文化向前發展的重要力量。
The forum will first break the topic through special sharing, introducing the process of migration from Taiwan to the Austronesian countries. In the afternoon workshop, participants can have a more in-depth discussion with three lecturers in groups on the inheritance of tribal skills and issues of returning youth; Finally, a comprehensive forum will be used to discuss international exchanges in indigenous rights development and education promotion, with the hope that indigenous peoples across the country will deepen their understanding and inheritance of the Austronesian ethnic culture, and hope that young people in the future will become Taoyuan's local promoters of indigenous culture and nations.
