In order to pursue his own cultural roots, a boy in Taiwan sets out to find his own sacred mountain. Ascending to the peaks, surrounded by scenery equally beautiful and brutal, he records poetically his adventure in the mountains.
That mountain is Papak Waqa (Dabajian Mountain), the holy mountain of the Atayal people.
The boy is the photographer Dumas Temu.
